Modalities for inscription on the list of speakers for panels: for panel discussions, the online inscription for the lists of speakers will open on Tuesday 15 June 2021 at 4 p.m., and will close 24 hours before the meeting in which the respective debate is scheduled to start. After the online inscription has closed, delegations may still inscribe or withdraw by sending an email to hrclistofspeakers@ohchr.org. The lists close approximately 15 minutes after the beginning of each panel. NHRIs and NGOS are also requested to inscribe online and NGOs are requested to confirm their on-line registration at ngoconfirmation@ohchr.org. Speaking time is 2 minutes for all. Please also refer to announcements made in Room XVIII, and through Sched and SMS alert.

During this session, the list of speakers for each panel discussion will be generated by the system based on the indicated priority and the time of inscription which will allow a broader representation of delegations participating in panel discussions over the course of the session. In registering for a panel discussion, delegations will indicate their priority from a drop-down list for each panel.
